Being Creative
After sharing some Link Building Tips and strategies in the previous article, we're going to focus a bit on the abstract today by looking at the enormous value inherent in being creative in your planning and decision making.
The world of the web is the ultimate new frontier, a place where a small guy with a great idea can still make it big, and hugely so, even with all the corporate heavyweights lurking around, by simply being creative. Evolution's nature is such that at the cutting edge the most opportunity exist, and in this virtual reality the predators aren't as dominant as they are in the real world. Hence the small fry can be extremely successful.
Like the gold rushes of yore, the web has sparked not one, but several booms. The difference is that the booms of the web are not based on a static, depletable resource like gold. The evolving world of the web is a fluid, dynamic process very much steered by the direct input of all the participants in the process. Being creative and thinking out the box is key to gaining mainstream recognition in this world.
A good idea can rapidly spread & gain popularity, the word exponentially truly applies! Social media especially lends itself to this. Any idea that will simplify one's life, solve challenges in a unique way, open up new avenues, etc is a good idea. Reinventing the mousetrap might sound clichéd, but in the world of the web anything is possible, and success stories abound.
Dare to dream and think out the box. Remember that if one doesn't experience defeat at least once, the chances are that true victory will elude one forever. The beauty of the web is such that these failures aren't measured in blood, so if at first you don't succeed, do try and try again. With passion as the driving force some measure of success is assured. So get out there and be an active participant in the evolution of the world of the web!
